Summers are for trying something new, or for diving deeper into things that make you happy. One Above Farm offers an amazing opportunity for young riders to hone their skills both in and out of the saddle. It's never too early to inquire as our weekly programs fill up quickly. Each week is a different theme to avoid overlap in program content.

Riding Academy
Riding Academy
This program is for riders 3-5 years of age, no experience required. Riders will be placed in small groups with a high staff-to-rider ratio, and will learn basic horse care and riding skills.
Hours: 9am-2pm
Monday-Thursday (riders will receive one riding lesson daily)
Friday - weekly show day/game day (parents day) demonstrating skills learned.

This program is for riders 5-16 years old; no experience is necessary. Each day riders will learn many aspects of riding, horsemanship, and stable management in a fun, exciting, and safe environment. Every week of the summer will offer a different theme so riders attending for multiple weeks will not be repeating the same material.

Ages: 4th grade & up, riders must be proficient at w/t at minimum
A one week program for all riders wishing to join the IEA team for the Fall 2023
season.

Must be jumping courses; private 30 minute evaluation lesson is required prior to registration .Riders will learn advanced horsemanship skills, have the opportunity to trail ride, and even go cross country off property.
