About One Above Farm
One Above Farm is owned and operated by Andrea Zaleski, a certified horse back riding instructor with more than a decade of teaching experience and proven track record of success bringing students from on the lead line and off to the show ring.
We offer lessons, summer camp, and the opportunity to be part of a competitive (Interscholastic Equestrian Association) IEA Team. In previous years, Andrea's team has competed at Zones and Nationals in Zone 1 IEA Finals.
One Above Farm also offers individualized lease and boarding opportunities for those ready to take the next step in their equestrian career. We look forward to showing you the facility and providing you with more information about horseback riding at One Above Farm.
Andrea Zaleski
Andrea is a true equestrian at heart. She enjoys every aspect of the horse world and has been riding for more than 20 years, half of those she has spent teaching at facilities throughout Fairfield County.
Andrea is a certified CHA Instructor and enjoys working with riders of all ages and abilities. Her background is in hunters, jumpers and equitation. She also specializes in helping timid riders overcome their fears and has experience working with special needs children.
Terri Robidas
Terri is a vital part of our training team. Terri's philosophy is based on the DeNemethy method combining cavaletti and dressage/flatwork to develop horse and rider to be successful in the ring! Terri has over 35 years of teaching experience of all levels from walk trot thru medal/USET/Maclay riders. When she is not teaching or riding you can find her spending time with her horse Ewieka.
